To be eligible, participants must meet the following criteria:
In the comfort of the client's home, which can be a house, apartment, assisted living community, and/or group homes.
We offer personal hygiene assistance, household duties, meal preparation, health and mobility support, companionship, respite care, and Consumer Directed Services through Missouri Medicaid.
We accept Consumer Direct Services (Missouri Medicaid), private pay, long-term care insurance, and spend down arrangements.
